How will the items/currencies be delivered to me?
For Diablo II, we will create a mule account to hold the item(s) you ordered. The login and password of this account will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided at checkout, or your primary Paypal e-mail address. After you have received the email, it is your responsibility to remove the items from the mule account before it expires. Mules expire 10 days after creation if nobody has logged into them. It is important that you get your items within that period of time. Our LiveChat representatives are available to help transfer your items to your character.
Most orders Mule account(s) will be made within 0-24 hours after payment confirmation is received. Time of delivery is subjected to the availability of the product(s).The customer has 2 days to retrieve the product(s) from the mule account, after that time the mule will expire.
Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. Be sure to also check your spam/trash/promotion folders in your email provider for our delivery email with the mule account login information. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of the time you placed your order, please contact us or livechat as soon as possible because a problem may occurred during payment/emailing. We have staff delivering items around-the-clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, delivery team never stops.
