1. Do you use bots or hack?

Never! We do not use any bots, or any other third parties in-game behavior that is forbidden to perform our services/attain any items.

2. What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?

We take your privacy extremely seriously. Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties.

3. Is it safe using credit card on BAALRUN?

Yes, we are currently using PayPal’s system to accept credit cards . Our shop securely without revealing your credit card information .

ORDERING

1. The items that are not listed on your site , can i make custom order?

Ans: Yes, simply email admin@BAALRUN.com and list your realm, items that you wanted.

2. Are your item legit , my item disappear in game does your site replace?

Ans: All item in BAALRUN are 100% legit , means will not poof for any reason so will not be replaced, nor will a refund be issued .(i.e. disconnects, items disappear due to time, Bugs, Game Crash ,etc.)

3. In Diablo II, Items and Gold Disappear after time when left on the ground

Ans: Don’t leave items or Gold lying on the ground any longer than necessary. Regular items (organ , white item , open socket item ) and Gold disappear in about 8-10 minutes. Magic items will disappear after 15-20 minutes. 4. Is the items on BAALRUN legit will it poof?

Ans: NO, all the items in BAALRUN .com is legit/perm which means they will never proof for any reason. We only sell legit/permanent items.

5. How do I place an order?

We have derived 5 easy steps to facilitate your transaction.

3 . Pay for your order.

4 . Wait for our delivery email that contains the mule account information, Delivery normally within 0-24 hours.

1. Can I play with my character while leveling?

No, Please do not access this account until you have been notified that the service has been completed. You can only access other char in same account.

2. How do you level my character?

We will assign more than 2 expert players who kill monsters over and over again for 24hur/day. All work is done by real people. Bots, macros and any of third party programs are never used.

PAYMENT

1. Which payment methods BAALRUN accept?

Ans: We currently accept Paypal and credit card as our prefered online payment method . Ensuring your delivery/contact information is up to date will speed up the verification and delivery of your order.

2. BAALRUN accepted Credit Cards?

Ans: We currently accept credit card by Paypal system , paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit/debit cards (and for UK members, we also accept Switch and Solo debit cards).

Please note: A debit card with a MasterCard or Visa logo would be considered a credit card. Generally most cards with the mastercard or visa logo are acceptable cards.

PayPal accepts Diners Club cards that have the MasterCard logo on the card.

3. Can I send cash payments to you?

Ans: No, BAALRUN only accept PayPal and credit card.

4. Using Visa or American Express Gift Cards on PayPal.

Ans: One of the most popular gift card questions online is whether one can link prepaid gift cards like the Visa gift card to a PayPal account. The short answer is If your gift card have a Visa or Mastercard logo on it. You will need to register your Gift card online with your name and address before you can use it online or at paypal.

If it looks like a normal CC number, and has a 3 digit security code, it ‘may’ work – without a billing address tied to the account, gift cards could possibly fail some of the security checks.

5. How to pay with credit card without a Paypal account?

Ans: You can easily use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card by selecting “PayPal” as your payment method. You will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page, once there you may either Login to your PayPal account if you have one or If you do not have a PayPal account simply click the button that says;

“If you do not currently have a PayPal account, Click Here”.

You will then be able to enter your credit card information and pay for your order.

6. How do I verify my PayPal account?

Ans: The Paypal verification system is quite simple and easy. Once you have created your Paypal account, you have the option to acquire verified status by completing a process through your bank. After logging into your PayPal account, click the option that says “Verify My Account,” and follow the instructions. PayPal will make two small deposits into the bank account attached to your PayPal account and they will request that you verify exactly the amounts that they have deposited. 7. Credit Card Cannot Be Used for PayPal Payment Error

Ans: when users attempt to make a payment by using credit card without logging in to PayPal account, occasionally PayPal will reject, or doesn’t accept the credit card users desired to use with the following error message:

The credit card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit card number.

The issue is little tricky because the rejection may happen with credit card which previously accepted and worked properly, then suddenly stopped working, or worse, payment will not be accepted even if user changes or switches to any other credit cards. In this case, please use our 2nd payment option to pay with credit or debit card via Stripe, and if all fails, you can try contact payments@BAALRUN.com, we can try to analyze and help you out.

1. What type of delivery method do you offer? (SEE DELIVERY PAGE FOR DIABLO 3)

Ans: By default we will send your order via a mule. we also offer in game transfer , just simply contact live help for in game transfer.

2. How long does it take to get my items once I’ve paid?

Ans: Most orders will be delivered within 10-60 minutes of the time they are placed. Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of the time you placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible because a problem may occurred during payment/emailing. If you can’t transfer by yourself safety , simply click on the “Live help” button on the site, We can help you transfer in game for free .

Buyer has own risk transfer item self , For any reason, we will not be replaced, nor will a refund be issued (i.e. disconnects, *items disappear , due to time, stolen , bugs, etc.).

5. My item is not the one in the picture, what is the deal?

Ans: All pictures are merely samples of the item to give you a graphical image of what it will look like and the stats associated with it. We cannot possibly list real screenshots of every single item we have in stock due to the immense variable ranged (often multiple) stats each item can have on it.

If your item lists a range (ie, Heart of the Oak 30-34 Res) and the picture shows a +38 that’s just to show a HOTO, you will get a 30-34 Res

6. My Cd-key doesn’t work on digital Download Version , it`s not 26 character .

Ans: the 16 character CD key we sell are retail version it`s for CDs install , If you need for digital Download When BAALRUN email you the CD key code and you register it on blizzard Accounts Blizzard give you a new 26 character game key you need to enter. If you enter the 16 character one this site gave you it will fail.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

1. Can’t Run diablo 2 on vista ? Windows Vista, Basic troubleshooting

Ans: This program has known compatibility issues

Diablo 2 will only work correctly when run with an administrator account. To do this with Vista, please Right-click on the game icon and then select Run As Administrator from the pop-up menu that appears. This will allow the game to run in Administrator mode.

If that does not allow you to run the game, please make sure you set the game to Windows XP SP 2 compatibility mode.

1. Can I work for your site?

Ans: We’re currently not looking for any employee to work for us, but we do appreciate your interest.

4. Do you provide Diablo 2 Classic or Expansion items in your store?

Ans: All of our items are for Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction Expansion. We’ve never dealt with Classic and have no immediate or future plans to do so. If this changes, we’ll update this FAQ and probably make a news post.

5. I lost the password to my user account, how do I get it back?
